FATHER'S FARMERS BULK RECURRING ORDER AGREEMENT This Bulk Recurring Order Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Father's Farmers ("Father's Farmers", "we", or "us") and the customer identified at checkout ("Customer", "you") upon completion of your subscription purchase. 1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Father's Farmers offers a bulk recurring subscription for cinnamon rolls delivered monthly to your specified address. You select the quantity (by the dozen) and the subscription term (1, 6, or 12 months). Pricing is calculated server-side based on quantity tiers and is displayed before purchase. 2. BILLING AND PAYMENT - Your subscription is billed monthly through our payment provider (Base44 Payments / Wix Payments). - The monthly price is determined by the quantity selected and is locked in for the duration of your chosen term. - Payment is processed automatically each billing cycle on the same date as your initial purchase. - Wix Payments rejects charges under $0.50 in the charged currency. 3. DELIVERY - Rolls are delivered monthly to the address provided at checkout. - Delivery is available within the Katy, TX area (ZIP 77449 and surrounding areas, up to 30 minutes from Katy). - You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Father's Farmers is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. - Delivery scheduling and any special instructions should be communicated through the contact information provided. 4. TERM AND CANCELLATION - Your subscription runs for the selected term (1, 6, or 12 months). - You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not refund already-completed cycles. - Cancellations are processed through your Wix account or by contacting Father's Farmers. 5. PRICE MODIFICATION Father's Farmers may adjust pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscriptions maintain the price locked in at purchase for the duration of the selected term. Renewal pricing, if applicable, will be communicated before renewal. 6. PRODUCT QUALITY AND REFUNDS - All rolls are baked fresh and slow-fermented using traditional sourdough methods. - If you are unsatisfied with product quality, contact Father's Farmers within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit. - Refunds for individual delivery issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. 7. MODIFICATION OF SERVICE Father's Farmers reserves the right to modify delivery schedules, product offerings, or service areas with reasonable notice. Substantial changes will be communicated before they take effect. 8. LIABILITY Father's Farmers is not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability for any delivery issue is limited to the cost of the affected delivery. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
